A: Most common file formats are supported including documents (PDF, DOCX, XLSX), images (JPG, PNG, GIF), videos (MP4, AVI, MOV), archives (ZIP, RAR, 7Z), and more. However, executable files (.exe, .bat, .sh) and some potentially dangerous formats are blocked for security reasons.
A: Copy and share the complete link that appears after upload. Important: For encrypted files, make sure to include the entire URL with the key fragment (#). Without the complete URL, encrypted files cannot be decrypted.
A: Only people with the download link can access the files. With E2EE enabled, even we cannot decrypt your files without the key in the URL. Your files are as secure as you keep your download link.
A: You can choose retention periods from 1 minute to 3 months. Registered users can keep files indefinitely. Files are automatically deleted after the selected period expires.
A: Our chunked upload system automatically retries failed chunks. If the connection is lost, you may need to start the upload again, but the system is designed to handle temporary interruptions gracefully.
