2. Acceptable Use Policy

Prohibited Content

• Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM): Any content depicting minors in sexual situations
• Illegal Content: Content that violates local, national, or international laws
• Malware & Viruses: Computer viruses, malware, ransomware, or malicious code
• Copyright Infringement: Copyrighted material uploaded without proper authorization
• Terrorism & Violence: Content promoting terrorism, violence, or harm to others
• Harassment & Hate Speech: Content intended to harass, threaten, or promote hate
• Spam & Phishing: Spam, phishing attempts, or fraudulent content

Without End-to-End Encryption:

With End-to-End Encryption (E2EE):

• Encrypted file data: Only encrypted data that we cannot decrypt
• Basic metadata: File size, upload date (but not original filename or content)
• Zero-knowledge: We cannot access your file contents without the decryption key

Registered Users:

If you create an account, we collect:

• Email address (for account management)
• Username and password (encrypted)
• Upload history (for your file management dashboard)

How We Use Information

Data Retention

This license terminates when your files are deleted.

5. Disclaimers and Limitations

Service Availability

• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
• Files may be lost due to technical issues, hardware failure, or force majeure
• We recommend keeping backup copies of important files
• Service may be terminated at any time without notice

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:
